I've never met her, dont know what she looks like either. But I have simple human compassion and a genuine desire to see her recover. She's touched many lives here, and someone who can do that is worthy of at least respectful silence if you have nothing good to say. IMHO for what it's worth.

Not sure what it is like down in most of the US, but up here in Canada, they either do not let you in, or they kick you out if you show up drunk. And they used to heave us out of the bars in Buffalo for it as well.

I was just told she's no longer requiring life support and just got out of surgery on her brain. She also has a broken leg, but I think that is the least of concerns...

If I hear more I will let you know.

Same applies in the US. They may not have noticed yet, she may not have been drunk yet (if at all), or they didn't think she was drunk when they let her in (if she was)

Met her once. I remember her being a super cool person. Man I hope she pulls through this.

It must have been a pretty scary/shocking thing to witness.

On Mill Avenue - a good number of people at any given time are quite possibly drunk there, its a college town + tons of bars in the area - I doubt that they seriously take a deep look at people coming in and out of their establishments, because of the nature of the location.

Glad Tabby is out of surgery. Best we can do at this point is hope for the best. I've worked with her in the LC offices for years and can say she's one hell of a sweetheart and deserves the best.

Thank you for the update on her. My fiances uncle took a bad spill and was in the hospital on lifesupport and they called in a priest and everything, he had a lot of swelling on the brain, here it is 4 months later and he is almost normal again. I am sending prayers to her.
