To answer your question I agree 100% with 3xTom and SteveHardeman as this is of course a business decision that should be based on factors that have proven successful with previous solo girls. I have been fortunate to have dealt with what I feel were the Top 2 solo girl sites over the past 5 years and they are BrookeSkye and RavinRiley. If you examine these solo sites closely you should be able to see what the commonality is that breeds success.

The answer is that first and foremost the model must feel that she has what it takes to be successful as a sologirl. If she has that confidence and you combine that with enough girl next door good looks and top it off with one of the best photographers in the business then the answer would be a resounding "YES" she could be solo site material.

That said if you are considering her for your program based solely on what you are presenting my answer would be "NO".

and of course if you're paying affiliates 30 dollars per trial signup - that helps alot. i don't think it's possible without major x-sales and some shaving to turn a profit paying per signup on a solo girl site.

I think if a girl is involved and promotes herself it doesnt matter if she is doing hardcore. Lexie Belle http://lexibelle.com is one of the hardest working girls in the business right now and she does hardcore. She even books her content shoots, hires the male talent, photographer, makeup artist, & even writes funny skits for her scenes. She is very much involved and if you follow her on Twitter you would know she is always promoting. On the other hand just about every other girl I know that are doing solo sites are broke as fuck while girls like Lexie are making a killling. Yeah these girls are hot and convert but they will never make as much as girls like Lexie that making about 5 X the amount of these other girls. I talk to the girls that are doing solo sites right now and they are all broke as fuck. Most of them have to model outside of the site to make a living unless the webmaster babies them and helps them pay their bills. On top of that people are trying to get the cheapest solo site possible now which makes it less appealing to the hotter girls. If you are lowballing a solo site don't be suprised if the girl bails when she finds out there are many greener pastures. This is why program owners want a girl from Illinois. The problem is with MySpace, Twitter, ect. it doesn't matter where they live the greener pastures will find them. I speak from experience so to do a sucsessfull solo site you have to offer the models a fair deal and pay her well because as soon as she finds out her deal sucks she will bail and we all know that porn contracts don't mean shit when it comes to a the judicial system.

Solo girl sites are THE toughest to make a buck at because the surfer/member has to 'fall in love' with the girl, and you know how fickle ppl are. LOL So it really depends on what she does, or is willing to do. I don't mean hardcore, I mean how involved with her site will she be?

Most models have short-term thinking, and the reason is what Jay pointed out: they can make more doing a shoot then they can from their own site. BUT if a girl 'works her site' and has a LONG-term view then she will (eventually) make much, much more with her own site. How? Because sooner or later the shooters and producers in town will have shot her out and will be looking for newbies. If she works her site, for years I'm talking, consistently, and updates and interacts with her members etc etc then, with rebills, she can make more than doing shoots.

This is a 'best case' scenario, of course. LOL MANY solo girls start out all hot 'n heavy, then lose interest. Or some simply don't convert.

This is why I will (generally) go for models to do sites with who are MILFs, or in their mid-twenties at least, and who has a little more of a business mindset. So it all depends on the girl, her commitment, her personality, what she will (and won't do) both on site and behind-the-scenes, and it all depends on the traffic you're sending to her site. So, many factors.

It also helps if the girl isn't in 'porn valley' or someplace like LA or Miami, where the expectations are very high (success and money). If a model lives in Arkansas, or S. Carolina, or some place where $400 a month can pay your entire rent then what she can make from her site will seem like a lot to her, and she'll be happy, which is important in terms of involvement.
