I read and watch a lot of the stuff out there on the entertainment shows and blogs/weeklys/monthlys/tv interviews. But Kate cheated on Jon. Her brother and his wife said Kate gave Jon papers to sign saying you have your life and I have my life, but we stay together for the show ($$$). Which means she was having the affair.
