I bet 10s of thousands have died from smoking pot. Smoke contains carbon monoxide, tar as well as thousands of chemicals. No you can't OD from weed, but when you're a regular smoker and die from a heart attack or cancer, smoking weed might be the #1 culprit in an otherwise healthy lifestyle.

I think it's comical people think weed is 'perfectly healthy'. Look in your bowl, you see all that black tar and resin? Yeah, that's what left over that doesn't build up in your lungs, the smoke from that is what you inhale!

The thing about weeeed is that the more you smoke the lower you blood sugar goes, and if you try and self-regulate via the Munchies you end up doing the rollercoaster sugar ride, which usually ends in a crash.
