I used to do 5-6k per month.. and way more if you counted AIM/ICQ being online on my phone... now I do maybe 1k per month since I ignore most texts I get, unless it's business related, important(ie. close friend or vagina) :thumbsup

To be honest, I don't have a clue. I mainly just text my kids.

Exactly what I think about text messages with my mobile phone.
When I can't reach somebody, okay. But normally I prefer to call someone and have a nice talk :thumbsup

Why texting if you can call? It kills me when someone sends "How you doing?" text.
