I've never lived in a Condo.
I own a condo; I rent it out to my friend. It's nice, but I couldn't imagine living there. |

I want land and lots of it. Condo won't cut it with kids.

i prefer a house because if i am going to own something, i want my space. not assholes all around. also, having to pay 200-300 dollars a month in 'condo fees' suck.

I would take a house 1st, a condo 2nd...but where I am looking it is out of my price range...leaning towards a co-op. In NYC suburbs its all about the school district...this is what you pay for here.
If I was you in Thailand I would stay renting. :2 cents: |

I always say to anyone investing in Thailand, to never invest more than you're willing to lose. |

I cannot say which is our favourite as we have never stayed in a condo. We live in a nice spacious 3 bedroom bungalow, a studio on the side, with a nice 3 tier garden, a pool & jacuzzi at the top with a waterfall. From the top of our garden, you can see over the sights of Bournemouth & Poole, where they do fireworks on the pier. Were happy for a few years here.
