Most great US shows originated in the UK ;) |
This is actually an easy one for me. For years now, me and my girlfriend have watched "Friends" over and over again. We never seem to get sick of it.
We of course have the complete Series 1 - 10 boxset, but still find ourselves watching it when it's on tv (usually 2 episodes on E4). http://www.agdesktop.com/wallpapers%...-cast-0017.jpg This episode always cracks us up! :1orglaugh http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_ku...f3i1o1_500.jpg |
Right this very second I'm obsessed with Weeds (I just discovered it though I know it's been around a while) ... but of all time ... maybe Stark Trek DS9.
|
Ooo good question. I don't have one stand out favourite, but there are some I can sit down and watch again and again:
The Office (BBC) Mad Men MASH Married With Children All in the Family Band of Brothers The F Word River Cottage (any season) |
Homicide: Life on The Street
& Six Feet Under |
For those who havent seen them, see
"THE PRISONER" The original from 1969. A TRUE masterpiece And lars von triers RIGET (the kingdom) oh and of course: hill street homicide life on the streets seinfeld cracker and lots more |
Seinfeld
LOST Curb You're Enthusiasm Trailer Park Boys LOST is number one though. |

I had to think about it, but I think Six Feet Under if I had to pick just one. Carnivale's first season was amazing. I wish it would have picked up enough of an audience to have kept going at the same pace. Others I've loved are Arrested Development, Chapelle Show, Unsolved Mysteries, Columbo. I'm really suprised no one said Sopranos. http://i311.photobucket.com/albums/k...urtesy-hbo.jpg |
Survivor :thumbsup
Awesome season. Down to 6. Pavarti vs Russell. :) (27 y/o charmer vs 36 y/o millionaire from Houston) Pavarti who won it all before is a very good player with "charms". :) Russell otoh makes Johnny Fairplay look like a Boy Scout and is as ruthless as anyone to ever play the game. Russell and Pavarti have had an alliance up until (it looks like) next week. Should be fun. Finale prob be a week from today. http://i892.photobucket.com/albums/a...w-survivor.jpg http://i892.photobucket.com/albums/a...t/russellh.jpg |
Gotta be Seinfeld with Sopranos and Family Guy coming close!
|
|
Hmmmm. That's a tough one. I do not know about 'all time'. Some that come to mind....
24 Law & Order CSI Miami I can typically watch those over and over again when nothing else on. |
Married with Children was one of them, As kids we loved Dukes of Hazard, and Chips.
|
The Red Dwarf is actually a star of some kind. The sun is a star and other stars also exist in the universe.
|
Teh Office!
|
'The Prisoner' by a long shot.
|
M*A*S*H for me.

I was just introducing a British friend to Kids In the Hall. Love them.
