It's 4:30 AM so I am going to the cliff notes version as the rest of the rambling is a pointless enterprise.

Details.

1. Bought content.
2. Asked for a signed license from him. Was told would get it.
3. Was repeatedly lied to told in the mail, will send, sent out, etc.
4. He did not send it out to me, or two other people apparently, until the charge back.

Since it was apparently the ONLY recourse to get it after 90 days of excuses via PP.

Would you like me to post up your chat log and count the number of times you had told me "it's in the mail", "it's going out Monday", "I just sent it" and so on over the course of 6-8 weeks? I am sure that would blow a hole in your drama attempt here showing just how many times you fucking lied before you mailed me my license that I had asked for you up to the 90 day mark?

How about the other guys who were told the deal was a certain price, a certain number of times, and all that other b.s. and then they got burned when you sold it another 30 times? But I digress..

That said, anyone who has read Simon's posts over the years on this board or talked to him on ICQ know how one day he's a cool guy, and the next day is going ape shit nuts. Well, because of these insane mood swings, I wanted to make sure I had everything from him.

Unfortunately, he required forcing his hand to do it.

There was another guy, who does not post on GFY much anymore that also have bought this same deal, ya know, limited offer. Anyway, he bought it for much more than I had paid, and probably a good 45+ days before me. He did not get his license until I did. Actually within two days.

Now you can call it what you like. But based on the lies told over the course of months, it appeared to be the ONLY way to force his hand and get it. Which I did.

That said, many respected people from this board and industry are paid via PP and never had an issue. Nor have I ever had to do a CB on someone before then, or since. Kinda sad, but that's the nut and bolts of the matter.

I could be over in the B&S trolling his content threads with this little diddy every day if I wanted based on the series of events however, there really is no need. Him posting this up to get attention will really just cast the light back on himself.

All of this shit was posted before, so this is not new by any means for others who have dealt with him over the years, it's well documented and his SoloGirlContent nick is banned. Go ahead, run a search, entertain yourself. That said, he is claiming this handle is actually his ex-lover, or ex-gf, or baby's momma, and that she is posting on his behalf.

But if you look at old posts, and posts from this nickname, it speaks volumes.

please post unedited log chat, also have the email and date of when the contract was sent to you ( The day you emailed it to be signed) in that email you never specified a hard copy mailed to you and for the record, you HAVE NOT returned YOUR signed section to US. But 1 question, after YOU did receive the fed-ex paperwork, why did you not drop the dispute? Seems like you were trying to rip us off. You had everything you asked for..hardcopies came, you signed for them, how come you still tried to get your paypal back????

Um, I did not get my signed license from you until I did the CB. Only THEN did you send it out that following Monday. I received it sometime that week, and PP closed out the claim without me doing anything as it was at the cut off mark and you provided them proof of tracking.

So there was nothing for me to do in regards to PP.

people want to know about your business structure, all we're doing is showing what happened to us for being up and up with you. Nothing changes the fact you did not drop the dispute with paypal after you received the docs, no logs, no emails, no Simon rants, change the fact you were still trying to fuck us out of money even though you had EVERYTHING. did you tell Simon in the email to send hard copies? why would bother scanning and emailing if we didn't think think this was ok and you never said anything until a month later. I don't know, it didn't make sense to us, thought you were cool, but that was a dick move

Actually, I do not have to explain anything more than I have. The play by play of how your CB came to be in the first place. If Eric wants, or needs, additional information. He can have it.

The details were laid out. Others can do a search on the banned username, SoloGirlContent, and read up on some of the additional past history if they like.

PP closed the claim. I filed the dispute. You sent out what I had repeatedly asked for that following Monday. You updated the dispute. I received the docs sometime that week. PP closed out the claim before I put anything in there once you provided the tracking number apparently.

The CB would not have happened in the first place if I would have been given what I asked for. Beyond that, I am not going to argue over some year old bullshit. The facts are covered in these few posts as to the how and why it came to be in the first place. People can make their own decision based on that.

i'm just an armchair observer enjoying the drama, but it seems like the product (content) was delivered. just some paperwork missing. i'd guess its a standard license which is only useful in filling your filing cabinet. product delivery is what you pay for in this world, not the paperwork.

armchair verdict: paperwork was used as an excuse not to pay.
