You called me a thief first big boy... once you stepped over the line, it was fair game. You have the same friends I do, we have sat next to them - next to each other. Just pick one. |

My friends don't drink LI's. Maybe I should steal one from the table next to us? You stepped over the line and called everybody a thief. Then you admitted to being one yourself. Now you want to try to justify calling me one by saying I said it first? WTF man? Are you 7 or what? Seriously...STFU. |

I didn't call everyone a thief, I said "100% of us in this thread have used stolen software" - I don't think it's stealing unless you keep it, use it, and never pay for it - then you stole it. I can't say who did that, so I didn't call anyone a thief. However you did get all butt hurt about it, and called me a thief.. and I simply went with it, cause if I am a thief, you're a liar. |

OK What has Nikki Licks ever stolen? What has Brad Mitchell ever stolen? What has StuartD ever stolen? What has Deej ever stolen? I can go on and on but I see no need as you have no fucking clue WTF you are talking about. If you grow up in the ghetto surrounded by thieves then you are likely to become one yourself. That doesn't mean you WILL become one as people are given free will and some of us...not you...make the better choice. |

Wow. Really? This is how you want to twist things? If you stole it, copied it, downloaded it...If you didn't pay for it and it wasn't meant to be free from the company who made it then YOU FUCKING STOLE IT. Doesn't matter if you stole it for 23 seconds or 2 years. I've known you for a number of years now and I never knew you were this kind of piece of shit. Not only to steal things but to actually try to justify it in any way you can. Thank you for showing your true colors. |
What irked the fuck outta me, is you buy font discs at the store for $20 and then you go online and all the fonts are free. They just rip the discs and upload em no diff than torrents free progs etc...
Fonts are the one thing people just seem to think have no copyright LOL ;))))) "DVDS BAD, Mp3S EVEEEEL but FONTS, oh noes fonts for free!" ;) |

I make absolutely certain they never slip out to the Internet. I have some software that cost me $4k for a single application. That one has a hardware key, so it can't be pirated. Some I have with other measures (not a hardware key) that run a few thou for a single app. I wonder why those guys never let their software hit the pirate sites for some of that free marketing. :winkwink: |

BULLLLLLLL FUCKKKKING SHIT! Again... I did pay for some, others I deleted but all did get downloaded first. Same with music, I have checked out a few songs online, then purchased what I wanted or the CD. I have found movies and cartoons that you can't rent or buy in America, watched the entire thing online, then purchased the series. Nothing that I own is stolen, it's all purchased. Sorry if you're confused on what things actually mean in the real world and not your made up fantasy land in your head. I have said this shit on here from day one and never hid a damn thing.. my true colors are honesty... I cant' say the same about others on here. |
SHIT I ALREADY HAVE CS5 MASTER INSTALLED AND ROLLING!!! :thumbsup

Back when I first started out, I downloaded it like 95% of everyone else. Eventually, I decided that since I was finally making some cash, I'd buy it for the updates and customer support. I would never buy another copy, since I dropped way to much on it when I did buy it (I bought the entire suite, not just photoshop). I've more than made my money back on it by now. There is a 0% chance I would buy it straight away if starting out all over again, I'd do what I did last time. Download it, get succesful, then buy it :P

I've got many, many thousands of dollars wrapped up in not only software but image, video, & audio stock as well. The benefit to possessing those pesky licenses for this material becomes evident when, for instance, someone comes out of the clear blue sky and accuses you of ripping a Snoop Dogg audio composition (song), and you can prove it is original work, and that you have license to the raw materials. (as well as the software used to create it.)

I hope there aren't any of those teabaggers downloading pirate-ware. Piracy could be seen as "spreading the wealth" and we wouldn't want any of that evil Socialism going on. Capitalism is the reason why stuff like this is so expensive.
Expensive software, therefore, must = Proof that capitalism is alive & well. |
