... And who is going to pay for all the bounced check fees?. Or the affiliate who is living hand to mouth and just wrote checks to pay bills against the rubber checks they just deposited? You cant blame the affiliates when they are told they can deposit/cash the checks and then 4 hours they are told not to.

No, they have a service where they send out your payroll checks. Someone here stated they can do the same for 1099. I tried looking and even asked a rep and they're not clear if the payroll service will work for independent contractors.
