Unemployment numbers sometimes go UP when there are more new jobs for a simple reason. People who've been unemployed so long that they stopped drawing unenjoyment checks now are looking for newly formed jobs and are back on the books to be counted again. Ta da. Rising unemployment numbers after over a year of SOLID uninterrupted job growth.
It's also why you personally should NOT be kidding yourself by using unemployment numbers alone trying to gauge the economy. Go find a chart on jobs losses under Bush and job growth under Obama.

People aren't working, they ain't spending, that's our economy, period. They ain't paying much taxes either. Just how do you get those numbers of people that are NOT collecting "unenjoyment" checks BTW?
So far the only thing solid about unemployment is the % of unemployed, but you keep digging in that horse shit, I'm sure you'll find that pony!
It just amazes me that someone thinks there is solid job growth in this country, the unemployment rate is right at 10% and hasn't moved much in how long? Of course there are the people that have stopped getting unemployment checks and are looking for jobs, so lets add them to the numbers, then lets add the people that are under employed. Numbers are looking pretty fucked!
And BTW, I love it when you run out of answers for Obama's shitty approach, you blame Bush, so when does that stop? It's Obama's mess now, he hasn't done a fucking thing that has worked to make new jobs except increase the size of the government.
