Why type of issues?

So if I'm to understand this correctly. Nothing is actually wrong with nats4? However, you don't like the way it operates, it doesn't bend to your ego desires, thus you slander it?

I have noticed in the last couple of days while trying to export csv files for galleries. I am used to Nats 3 and have no problem doing it. In the few Nats 4 programs I have tried it with. I have had no luck. It might just be a learning curve because it is new to me but changing from one version to the next. There does seem to be some pretty big changes that might give of the effect that it is not that good. It is possible that it is a lot better then the old version. Just have to learn it. In my opinion if you have a good product (Nats 3) and you want to add new features that is great. But there is no reason to change around a lot of the look and feel of the old one. It scares people.

Every time Facebook changes their site groups of 1000's of people appear who scream that they MUST have the old one back. They insist that the new one sucks and the old one was perfect. They threaten everything they can think of if they can't have their old Facebook back.

Then, when Facebook releases yet another update they do the same thing, but this time they MUST have the Facebook that they just went on a crusade against back since it was absolutely perfect.

If you're having issues getting the dumps feel free to contact me and I'll be more than happy to give you a hand with whatever you're having an issue with. Lots and lots of programs use NATS and they often differ in how they have it setup & configured. Some also don't do it as well as others.

In order to keep moving forward things have to change. Some changes are good, some are bad, but often times you won't know what's what until you try it and see. With the number of people using NATS there is no way we're going to please everyone. Some people want their gallery dumps this way, others want them that way, others want them yet another way. If we built it to be one way you'd have a group of people unhappy (and being louder about it than those who are happy) no matter what. Therefore we made it very configurable. This may take an extra click or two and a few extra seconds here & there, but you can get the data YOU want how YOU want it. And you can also set those as your defaults so that when you come back it remains that way.

We're never going to please all of the people all of the time, but I think we've done a pretty good job of pleasing most of the people most of the time. I think the fact that argument is NATS4 vs. NATS3 rather than NATS vs. XYZ Software is a testament to that. There's always room for improvement tho.

nats4 annoys me cause it takes so long to load the adtools. every affiliate using nats4 seem to have the same issue. sometimes I can count to 60 when I'm trying to get FHG.

There are some speed issues with ad tools in some cases depending on how things are configured, etc. There are a lot of speed improvements for this coming in the next build.

I signed up to about 3/4 nats programmes that use NATS4 now they aren't getting traffic because

THEY HAVE NO DUMPS AT ALL with NATS4

Stay nats3 and keep the traffic flowing..... I can send you videos john of some tools not loading within 5 minutes.

I did videos to prove to the owner i wasn't taking the piss when i said the tools don't load and what did load took forever.

Why upgrade when your site and cause more problems and headaches for yourself and some of us. You could loose webmaster who are anti-Nats4 if you change it. NATS4 just horrible.
