Yeah, I watched both. There is video showing they fired into the house, and apparently hit the girl, before they even entered the house and there was no struggle as described by the police. The story the police initially gave the press is bullshit.

I agree. I got more training in boot camp than most of these cops have.

Somehow I managed to go to war, armed with an M60 Machine Gun, grenades, a 50 cal mounted on my truck, several knives, a bayonet, stacks of LAW anti-tank rocket launchers, my M-16 and of course, all the ammo I could carry on my vehicle, and yet the whole time I was there, managed to NOT kill any little girls in the process. And yes, little boys & girls were running loose in the roads. I fed many of them.

I expect the SWAT team to be able to act on a search warrant with the same results.

It seems there is video of them launching the incendiary grenade through the window, then cops firing at the area it landed.. which was on a couch with a sleeping child. What a horrific scene.

Even the state police now have not even released the name of the officer who fired the shot. What kind of crap is that? If it was some thug, his face beaten mugshot would be all over the world by now and he'd be under protection from being killed while in lock up. We all know this.

But the police officer? Dont even know the name yet. Sad.

In this case it's not the roommate, but rather the NEIGHBOR :disgust

they knew it was a child in there they could have waited till she went to school or whatever

...or at least not start firing off rounds before they even enter the house and maybe not intentionally raid innocent people. They admit they knew that this family was completely innocent. They just decided it would be easier to raid the entire building than just the neighbors.
