And I am sure there are illegal immigrants using fake ID's to abuse the welfare system too, just like they abuse the medical system, school system and the list goes on......unfortunately, the system is broken, it fails and allows the abuse to continue.

I am all for "Legal citizens" being on welfare for a reasonable amount of time time, but until the system is fixed, nothing is going to change and people will continue to milk it for as long as they can.

You cannot get a business permit in this country without being a citizen, the place i go to is a legal business and the owner himself cooks my food as he knows how I like it. It is a mom and pop p[lace where husband and wife cook the food and wife takes my money, I tip them well and enjoy having them in America. Its a beautiful thing.
