The non-live version of that is actually pretty commercial. I bet it ends up being a hit over here too. My husband was in Germany two weeks ago for work and when the song came on tonight he said he had heard it before which must have meant it had been getting a lot of play because he would never notice a pop song otherwise.

I have a soft spot for Belgium (beautiful country with very friendly people) and he didn't do a bad job.

It was a great show as always. To be honest I was not thinking this year would be as good, but it was fantastic.

Thought Ireland should have done better. But it was the best song they have had for many years, so well done to them.

But all the songs were great.

Well I say all, the UK sucked. But basically they just hand over the song to some has been pop song writer. The year they gave it to Pete Waterman. Until they allow people to enter there own songs rather than have some rubbish talent show type thing we will never have a decent song.

One of the great things on the show was getting everyone in different countries to dance. That was super.

Well Germany for 2011. That should be good as they will be able to afford to put on a good show. It will be interesting to see what they do. I suspect many countries will be released this year as many have no budget to put it on. I bet Germany put something great on.

I was surprised Oslo did not do a few shots of Oslo. They seemed to miss out on an opportunity to promote themselves.

We often do nowadays (although this song may have deserved it) Europe still haven't forgiven us for siding with America and going into Iraq.

that's no suprise with that song and the ridiculous biased voting, i don't even know why we bother to enter every year. but when it comes to real music, not eurovision rubbish, the uk is head and shoulders above everyone with the exception of the US.

They did have a few shots at the beginning but they wanted to put on a good show instead of doing the normal promo. Showing trolls and fjords in a music show was swapped for the "share the moment" section. Not sure if it was a good idea or not, just the messenger.

All this Eurovision show sucks like shit. It`s all bast on political bullshits that a song contest (it shout be). Never in the last 20 years as I remember happened to be a voted for a really good song. Always happened to win some shitty song that nobody is listening from the next day. Still my choice for this year is Romania !
