The way I read it is that he doesn't want the images or the allegations on the board. that if people run across undeniable CP that it should be reported to the authorities instead of the GFY community.

Well a good start would be IF posted at all somewhere to have proof.
The thing is, when people start slinging acusations like that around on GFY, the owner has a responsibility to take. Not sure what local laws apply for GFY's mother company, but in some cases the owner has to investigate/report any acusations to the authorities or can be blamed for neglect.

Im pretty sure nobody would want to have that on their case.
