I signed up under you and want to promote it heavily, but it would be a big help if you can show me the best landingpages/banners. The default landingpage, sucks ass to be honest. Not even oily ass.

Also, what % was dating SE traffic and what % was general adult?

where is the traffic coming from what type is it? Bannering? Mailing?

Aff converts great once they join free, but in my experience it takes 30-40 uniques to get a free member elsewhere that number is 1:10 to 1:20.
