Obama will be re-elected to a second term. The GOP is alienating latinos with what is going on in Arizona and "immigration reform". Who is the compelling candidate the GOP is going to nominate to defeat Obama, that loon Ron Paul?

well, I wont vote for obama again, his rightist/centrism is a huge disappointment, but we all knew he was a rightist/centrist corporatist when he ran, his policies were very clear.

I voted against the bush wars, and obama loves the bush wars.

however, my lack of a vote doesn't affect the overall demographics.

and it seems certain that the republicans won't field a competitive candidate.

Well, maybe you should be disappointed with yourself a little.

You fell in to the "Obama God" theory and expected things that were impossible.

The US could not just say "Ok troops, pack up today and we are leaving the middle east".

That was never going to happen and I think this was part of Bush's strategy to
get what he believed was right done.

Bush went in deep enough to know he locked us in to a certain extent.

But you should notice that there has been a shift from the Iraq war and a strategy
in place to "wind the war down". This is different than Bush's "Stay The Course".

If you expect miracles then expect to be disappointed; but if you are realistic
then you we see that Obama is heading in the direction you wanted.
It's just not possible to make it happen in a day.
It takes time.

I truly believe that a lot of voters voted to re-elect Bush because they wanted Bush
to have more time to win the wars. Why is Obama not even give 2 years of a term
to do something?

No, I'm just not a rightist centrist corporatist.

I take a longer view.

obama is disappointing. just not for the imaginary reasons these gullible right-wingers have been told to repeat by their wing of the corporate emporors.

I held my nose when I voted for him, because his policies were clear.

now I don't have to vote for him again. I'll go back to throwing my vote away. well, I threw my vote away when I voted for him, but did so consciously.

let the demographics decide.

it's a waste of time to attempt to debate with someone who has chosen to believe what his masters tell him to believe without comparing it to reality.

he has no free will left, and no ability to correctly model out the complexities of the real world.

he repeats foolish canned rhetoric dogmatically, because his brain stem controls his thought.

Funny how zero names have been offered up, as Obama's potential 2012 opponent.

There are a couple, but it would be prudent of a hopeful to see what happens with the midterm elections. Have you seen how many women are winning so far?
