I know most of you all think "18" because of the porn biz. But of course it's not that way everywhere at all. Looks like about a third of the states in the U.S. are 18 the rest are lower.

You cannot knowingly transport an underage person to country that has a lower age to have sex and then return to the USA. TO do so is Illegal, I can point you to the docs if needed, but they are really long and boring . . .
Same as it is technically illegal to go to Amsterdam with the intent to use what are Illegal substances here and then return, but if you just happen to do some but did not go there to do them, well then it gets really GREY . . .

I can understand them being able to do something if you intentionally took someone younger to another place specifically for sex but I don't think anything could be done if it was someone you didn't even know existed until you met them there.
