Well, what the fuck happens?

You cannot knowingly transport an underage person to country that has a lower age to have sex and then return to the USA. TO do so is Illegal, I can point you to the docs if needed, but they are really long and boring . . .
Same as it is technically illegal to go to Amsterdam with the intent to use what are Illegal substances here and then return, but if you just happen to do some but did not go there to do them, well then it gets really GREY . . .

How does one country (ours) reach out it's morality hand and impose our societies norms on another? Even if it's two citizens of our country. Or does the fact that they are both citizens of the U.S. mean that they are bound by the laws of the U.S. even when they are on another countries soil?
