no way, not everyone, REALLY depends on your concentration in that moment, but those 2 postures are the hardest hehe.....and yes Bikram is 26 postures in total, first 1 - 12 are standing postures, 2 repetitions each, then rest on floor, everything 2x
You should practice in one of the studios & then go see him in your city :)
He has a teaching college in Beverly Hills. I read his book. Bikram helped heal Richard Nixon's knee injury in the 70's and then to thank him he gave him a US Green Card.

yep! he has a yoga teachers college, so the instructors who run Bikram studios were all trained there. I am n00b. I have only endured 57 hours in his torture chambers!
I honestly did not think I would go back after the first class..:1orglaugh
