I have wondered that as well. I have seen several other sites that allow nudity in the free area without having to log in. I am sure it is breaking some law and some asshole will turn them in for it.

I think cam sites can start to pay out more, now that bandwidth is a LOT cheaper, and also with Flash streaming on some cam sites.

You have to remember cam sites pay the girls, pay webmasters who send guys, sometimes 25%, and cam sites are Huge targets of credit card fraud, and they have to eat those chargebacks....
