Yes, they are there, but it's because of the corrupt governments of those countries that are ruled by mafia.
For an example lets take Poland, the one which is very familiar to me. I can assure you that none, I repeat NONE of the people I know is happy about this fact that our government took part in this war. 99% of the whole society is against it! Then why? Because our pro Israel Jewish government said it's our responsibility too help our US friends as the part of NATO. Lol the whole polish society feels it's treated like second-rate friend by USA. We still need visa cards to visit USA while many other countries do not need them etc... but yes our government sent our soldiers there. :thumbsup
