I've said I don't care how a program bills as I just want paid for the sales I send them. What they do on the billing back end is none of my business, my business is sending them traffic which hopefully turn into sales.

Don't think you will ever find a statement where I say producers should be screwed over. If you did, read it close as it may be a sarcastic reply to someone who was in support of illegal tubes or torrents.

The time or two that a company was taken to court that I am aware of...if I recall correctly the judge dismissed the case. If what a company is doing is not illegal then why the constant bitching? That the Manwin site is the same has a simple reason, I would prefer focusing on stuff that actually matters over a corporate website used mainly for HR. A new site is in the works though and I hope it will be up soon, but I did not want to delay any PR until that was done.

Many large tube sites purchase content. That is irrelevant to the point I was making. Hell, I have licensed lots of 3rd party content myself as bonus material to the people who join my sites for my exclusive content. I just don't use anyone else's copyrighted content without permission or a license, period.
