150 Tube sites with pirated content... :disgust
So Nathan is the face that Manwin wants us to see, even though he has had shady tubes in the past, makes you wonder about who the other "partners" are. Surely that is not a secret Fabian - so who are they? Any leftovers from Mansef/Brazzers? ADG |
here is my official response

Don't think you will ever find a statement where I say producers should be screwed over. If you did, read it close as it may be a sarcastic reply to someone who was in support of illegal tubes or torrents. One thing is for sure, I don't continue to do business with those who I have to constantly remind to stop stealing from me. That is what is pathetic. It's like an abused wife who just keeps going back for more because she feels that's the best she's ever going to get. |
This whole thing is like when honest Bob Rice slid in and took over Solo Converts because everyone outed the owners for being carders. Bob walks in, everyone strokes his cock, it's back to business as usual.
After a few posts and a couple of drinks at a show, it's all good. This is why the cycle of scum continues. |
he's their only shot at being a faceguy.
|
depressing :Oh crap
|
Not sure what amazes me the most, the fact that they have the balls to try to pull something like this off, or the fact that so many of you are so desperate and/or gullible that you believe it.
It's always going to be business as usual, you can tell by his answers. This isn't even worth debating. |
If what a company is doing is illegal...why then does not someone take them to court...and win. The time or two that a company was taken to court that I am aware of...if I recall correctly the judge dismissed the case. If what a company is doing is not illegal then why the constant bitching? Apparently the bitching does not seem to affect their bottom line as many of them...such as this company seem to be doing very well financially. Is it simply jealousy that they make the big bucks and the ones that are bitching do not? That is what it appears to be to me. Am I wrong?

I have a stupid question though.. Virage was "amongst the worst copyright offenders"?? You can only mean XTube, but uhm, you clearly can't, considering the amount of money XTube pays for content licenses each month and pays to Studios in royalties... I have not ducked any connection to Virage, I have simply not talked about it, and I still see no reason why I should... That the Manwin site is the same has a simple reason, I would prefer focusing on stuff that actually matters over a corporate website used mainly for HR. A new site is in the works though and I hope it will be up soon, but I did not want to delay any PR until that was done. |
Small side note:
I am not going to comment on anyone that calls us a "thief" or claims that all content on our tubes is uploaded by us, since its simply an idiotic game to play and there is no sense in discussing with any of them about it since they will keep coming back with the same stuff over and over again... |

It would be great if you kept the non-sense out of the thread though, but I sadly know that will never happen so I will try to just ignore it... |

No, I have actually not lied. I have nothing to do with envisionext.com. I am good friends with Stan, yes, never denied that... Have known him for ages too... But no, we do not own envisionext.com ... Your information is a few years old.. things change. |

I think I can see where this headed and if I am right it is actually very smart.
I understand that many of you guys posting feel personally aggrieved and financially robbed by previous actions of the sites concerned but reality is that sounding off on a forum doesn't help anything. I don't imagine it will stop "Nathan" sleeping at night and I don't imagine he will put his hands up and say "sorry we did you wrong here is a check for $1 million as an apology". If I was a previously violated content producer (which I am not), I would not only be concentrating my time on better protecting my content (as Robbie clearly has) but I would also be reading the content of the posts here and thinking how I could in future get money from these people, which is why most of us are actually in business (those of us that actually are). |

Hans Gruber: Mr. Mystery Guest? Are you still there? John McClane: Yeah, I'm still here. Unless you wanna open the front door for me. Hans Gruber: Uh, no, I'm afraid not. But, you have me at a loss. You know my name but who are you? Just another American who saw too many movies as a child? Another orphan of a bankrupt culture who thinks he's John Wayne? Rambo? Marshal Dillon? John McClane: Was always kinda partial to Roy Rogers actually. I really like those sequined shirts. Hans Gruber: Do you really think you have a chance against us, Mr. Cowboy? John McClane: Yippee-ki-yay, motherfucker. |
Amazing to see the BRO gang in full effect once again. At the end of the day people simply DO NOT care. That's what's hurting this industry.

Still reticent about Virage, who owned more than just Xtube. How many DMCA takedown requests did Xtube process last year? Many large tube sites purchase content. That is irrelevant to the point I was making. Hell, I have licensed lots of 3rd party content myself as bonus material to the people who join my sites for my exclusive content. I just don't use anyone else's copyrighted content without permission or a license, period. ADG |
Don't listen to the guys telling you everything will be ok, and that this is a great move and you should all come aboard the good ship. Let them PROVE it to you first. Let them answer all of your valid questions and if they can't be honest with you, then there's your answer.

O'rly?!? I guess it's not lying when you say that you have nothing to do with Envisionext, and that you are simply good friends with Stan. The only thing is, you neglected to mention that according to LinkedIn, Stan Fiskin was simultaneously CEO of Envisionext and COO for Virage. I can understand why you don't want to discuss Virage, but why can't you tell us who your current "partners" are in Manwin, if you are so proud of this fine upstanding company? Let me guess - LinkedIn has it in for you: Stan on LinkedIn Keep spinning... :1orglaugh I'll ask again, since you say you don't lie, who are the other partners in Manwin? ADG |

Surprisingly enough people can work for two companies at the same time without the two companies being owned by eachother. Also, as I have said, in case you missed it "things change"... Anyway, to get to your question you seem to be so interested in... even though I have no obligation towards you whatsoever, and since honestly you are not going to believe me anyway... but who cares... if by "Partners" you mean shareholders, which is the only thing I can imagine, then there are no other noteworthy partners (noteworthy in terms of owning more than 1 or 2 %) But now, obviously, you are going to call me some name again, or say I am obviously lying or whatnot... So considering that, if you think I am lying, come and prove it or STFU. I think there is some GFY rule... hmm... |

Tell me again why Brazzers is getting sued by Pink Visual? Oh that's right, BECAUSE YOU ARE FUCKING THIEVES! The shoe fits, bro. :2 cents: Now that I know you were involved in Virage and the owner of Envisionext was COO for Virage, I have to question that other company you started, what was the name of it again... you know, the one with the "mysterious" huge data leak and all the CC data compromised? I'm bad with names. |

I recommend everyone to read that link. :warning :warning With this clear evidence it just shows how pathetic some studio owners are. Crying about their own licenses, but see no problem in selling their content to the tubes who stole from everyone. |

Awesome logic... Regarding the mysterious other company, until you actually say which you mean, I can not comment... |
