I totally agree. Tazing a 57 year old woman is never appropriate under any circumstance unless she is actively discharging a firearm and it is the only conceivable option. The use of tazers by police needs to be outlawed. The way the are misused by police is appalling. It is totally unjustifiable madness. If someone tazed my mother I would shoot them in the face and do the years. :disgust

DirtyDanza are you fucking kidding me? We have rights as citizens, the cop just has a gun, but i have the right to shut the fuck up..

A cop can come here, be like whats ur name, where are u from, I AM LEGALLY ALLOWED TO NOT SAY SHIT... get that through your short skull, im legally allowed to shut the fuck up..

the worst he can then do is maybe arrest me, and you must be smoking crack if you think people can be arrested and jailed for no reason, thats ILLEGAL, if a cop arrests me and jails me for 16 days, with no word of what i even did or any good reason, be sure hes getting fired and im getting some money compensation

and no when you go 5MPH over the limit, its violating driving code, its not a JAILABLE offense, jesus thank god you arent a cop.. we dont need idiots like you.. you think cops are god just because the state gave them a gun and a badge?? fuck you

Heres the funniest part of the whole thing

"Smith resigned just as Ogle started the process to fire him, the chief said. Smith now works for the Chattahoochee County Sheriff's office."

I saw a special type of bug in the forest a few weeks ago.
It was a bug that glowed in the dark with electricity coming out of its ass.
It did not tase me when it crawled on my hand.
The bug followed me wherever I did go.

I have no idea why you are bitching at me for the point I made... it's like your trying to be an asshole to agree with me...

I've said many times shut the fuck up is the best thing to do... all these people get tazed for arguing with the cop...

and if you honestly think you can't go to jail for a traffic ticket ask the 1000's and 1000's of "traffic offenders" that are in jail now why they are in there... your a fool ... anythinig that is ticket able is jail-able ... a ticket is good vs the other... there are tons of laws cops an enforce if you choose to be a dick...

I know cops who if there foot touches the ground you are getting 2 tickets regardless.... weather it be a speeding a tint ticket or speeding with no seatbelt... either way he will find at least 2 tickets for ya...

moral of the story is stay the fuck outta trouble...

LOL. This is exactly the type of mentality required to beat a defenseless old woman. You would make a GREAT cop. I feel bad for your wife, and kids, and any animals you have. I really do.
