I mean to try admin area , fill some posts and add some plugins with galleries.

No there's no demo of the admin area. The meat is the custom fields/template. I didn't modify any core wp files.

You're also missing Top Reviews, Featured Reviews, Most Discussed and all of the other standard review site blocks.

Correct. This is an initial version. I've got all of that coming in the next release which everyone that bought already will receive once it's ready.

Looks nice. But how are the data fields added to the blog? Did you make any modifications to the posting process? Or do I have to add all this crap in custom db fields?

The info is added into custom fields. With http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/csv-importer/ you can create a csv and mass import reviews

I can... but am only taking it as a last resort since it's unsure if they'll work again
