Lindsay Lohan out of jail, in rehab. She'll serve her three months in rehab at The Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. Hope for her sake, they sell Twizzlers in the gift shop. There's no justice!!

Looks to me like she got what she got because of multiple DUI's, drug possession, and of course my favorite: running her car up on the sidewalk while trashed. Look, I don't mind people having fun, getting high, doing 'crazy shit' as you said, but you're saying because everyone here works in adult that we should look the other way when some nearly-over-the-hill-looking celebutrash IDIOT repeatedly flouts the law, drives drunk, doesn't show up for court, etc... because she's what.... hot in some people's eyes?

Sorry, she can party all she wants, but I draw the line at DUI after DUI. Sorry, you lose this one. She wouldn't be in half the mess she's in if she'd just paid someone to drive her around. Don't tell me she couldn't afford it.

Damn right she got at least some of what she deserves. Hopefully she learns from it or maybe next time she gets trashed and gets in her car she'll kill someone. Wouldn't that be fun?

but yeah Linsay is a fun chick, who cares, she'll figure out how to not get in trouble eventually! I know I stayed cool in my wild days, it takes skill lol

Look I know that MADD has made "drunk driving" a hot topic. But let's get real...On Friday night at bars all around the country, people are going to be "drunk driving" by the MILLIONS.

Yeah, in New York or Los Angeles they might take cabs. But in small towns everywhere, people DRIVE to nightclubs or bars. Hell they don't even have real cab service in 99% of towns.

And they drink all night long, and then they drive home. Every weekend, by the millions.

On Friday night, drive by any club/bar. The parking lot is FULL. Who do you think drove there? Well, all of them will be legally "drunk" by the time they pull out of there.

It's always been that way since cars have been driven. It always will be that way.

All I see is a girl who the cops TARGETED. That's why she has multiple DUI's. And yeah, she's foolish to continue driving around town when she knows she is a target.

But in reality the cops could target a doctor, a judge, another cop, most any young person in their 20s, a middle aged housewife...and it wouldn't take long to give all of those people multiple DUI's with today's laws.

Anyway, I still don't see how she is doing ANYTHING that millions of other young people are doing all the time. The only difference I see is that she's a celeb and the cops are targeting her.

When I heard on the news that she got out of jail...and then IMMEDIATELY was "taken" to a rehab center...well, it's just beyond my comprehension. That girl just served her time (and yes, they do routinely shorten sentences for non-violent "prisoners") and yet the govt. is STILL running her life!

She doesn't need rehab...she needs a fucking drink!

Agreed. Now around here they've made it so anyone under 21 can't even had a trace of alcohol in their system or they lose their license. Literally one beer and you lose your license.

When are they going to stop giving in to the MADD lobby.
