Anything that can be handled in a 5-10 minute telephone conversation can easily be handled via email and it provides a written record for you (and us) of any recommendations given.

5. He insisted he paid for an SEO consult.

6. I explained that, he paid for hosting which comes with one FREE hour SEO consultation. Our paid SEO consultations are $500/hour.

7. He said I can either do the phone consultation with him or refund his money. I refunded it.

We never implied that he had received his consultation. I only told him that the free consults were done via email. As Tanya explained in the other thread, she has hearing problems and email leads to a lot less confusion.

I am sure everything is a mis-understanding as you seem to have your ducks in a row...

but I will say that $500/hr is absolutely outlandish and didn't even pay the top attorney in PA that money when I was looking at 10 years for a felony.

BTW... never did a day in jail and that was the best $460/hr money ever spent :2 cents:

your run of the mill hosting urls are pr6 and up.
