I can give you a break down on what you should be doing for SEO and with SEO Hosting. I have had plenty of good SERPS for my own niches, and sites. Posted them up in sites I was selling. Not only foot fetish, but also celebrity.

That said, I generally with 'partner' with an SEO consultant. So I provide you all the hosting tools, and then they will do the work for you. With 100 plus different C-Classes, and three different data centers. You can do some nice SEO damage. That way you get the best of both worlds.

On a past project, I used Baddog's hosting services and got exactly what I wanted/needed and the project was extremely successful and surpassed its SEO goals.

Everyone has different experiences, but to me, based on only reading the info in this thread, your friend sounds like a pretty inept "SEO Guru".

You ultimately would also like different data centers (GEO), and name servers toots.

I think it's terribly lame, but at the same time she is part of the business, not just some random family member that someone looked up. Also, whois information was published but that is clearly allowed. And two shitty posts I do not think constitute "excessive harassment".

I'm not talking about the whois info. I am talking about the people that made lame and unfunny jokes about her hearing, teeth and other things. First off, while she works the business, the entire exchange was between Baddog, the client and the OP. Plus, she is part of his family and it was that close personal connection that they were hoping to exploit with their comments. If it had been "Tanya treated me like shit in support tickets" maybe I'd think differently but it sounds like she was just dragged into this particular mess on page 2 and nowhere before.

Boy the old 'Go Fuck Yourself' is losing it's meaning around here. Every damn drama thread I've seen this week has someone yelling for a banning. I'm currently working with Baddog through his hosting company for a very close friend, and trusted client of mine, and it's been quite the pleasurable experience. I can only quote what I know, and we have all been more than satisfactorily taken care of.

Time for me to jump in, as I'm the guy who contacted BADDOG for my boss and handled all the email communication, which apparently was hidden through support tickets and BadDog couldn't even decipher half of my messages due to this.

A few points....

1. Rollingthunder,thanks for your help. I know you were just trying to help.

2. Bad Dog, that "your report was impressive" was just bait. I wanted to see if you'd pawn it off like something special and you did. That was when I called you a joke.

You know where your so-called in house expert generated it, and it's not proprietary. Like affiliates sending out Ryan Deiss' recent report as their own, you should know better than to send a report like that and pawn it off as your own. Telling us it was $500 value is a complete crock of shit. All your "expert" did was plug in the domain. Many tools out there do that, Tanya spent maybe 3 minutes on it, depending on how fast she can type.

We were straight forward and told you we would be a big account, that the firm I work with is large and makes money, and your reply (instead of trying to help us and be professional) was "If you are multi-million dollar company don't scrimp on hosting."

Well, we were doing just that, but since you were unable to get your old ass off your commodore 64 and pick up a phone to help out, we were unable to move forward with you.

Oh also...I didn't know your SEO Expert was your wife. No wonder you were so guarded and got all mad when I asked for a five minute convo. "Her number is private and never given out."

Get some people skills, take 5 minutes to get off GFY,and be pro-business. Answer questions like a human. Pull your head out of your ass.

FWIW, HostGator picked up the phone and answered my very basic questions in under five minutes and I signed up with them. These were the same questions you couldn't answer via email as you were too busy and wanted to charge me!
