you obviously didn't read the study, it's REFINED fructose, not all fructose.

try to consume enough fructose to feed cancer by eating apples and bananas.

Life expectancy does go up and up and that has a lot to do with us getting better at treating things like cancer and heart disease. Eliminating fructose from your diet will help prevent either from occurring in the first place.

I try to mainly drink water and milk now with almost nothing else. That was an easy change for me and might pay dividends sometime later in life. Plus those drinks that I don't consume at home have become nice treats.
