For the record as well, Local G paid me in minutes of completion. As well as 50% to start.

And no doubt Hungryman was already paid, so he spent the money on something other than paying his designer.

Aside from that, I know local g and have spoken with him many times, and as soon as he sees this, he is going to feel like shit about the whole thing. Sucks for the designer as well as Local G since he thought he was paying Hungryman, not an outsourced hidden designer getting fucked for more than 50%

OK ... Since everybody here seems to be more interested in MY business than their own, here it is in black and white ...

YES, I owe a total of $1, 422.00 to 3 designers that have done work for me ...

I am not proud of this fact, and have been doing everything in my power to try and rectify this situation.

Due to all the mayhem that has gone on here, and the agressive assaults on me, I took in a whopping $210.00 for the month of December ... to which I even took a screen capture of my PayPal and showed Kelly ...

I have not even paid my rent for January yet, and without a place to live, I cannot make the money to pay ANY expenses ...

I DO NOT TRY TO HIDE the fact that yes I did dip into this money ... I am guilty as charged.

The other day somebody posed the question to me "DO YOU DESIGN GALLERIES YOURSELF ?" to which I replied"YES", which I do ... I never said that I did not ever outsource galleries ... and the 5 samples I posted in that thread were indeed done by me.

I have been trying to do the damage control to try and make the money to pay off these 3 debts, but with the assault on me taking place here, it is becoming harder and harder to do ...

Unfortunately, pissing on me on the board does not make money mysteriously appear ...

I have never once denied these debts exist, and one way or another they WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF...

Anybody who has met me in person knows that I am a decent guy ... unfortunately, I made a mistake to which I am paying for in more ways than one ...

I have been very stressed out as to wanting to pay these debts in full, and will find a way to do so ...

It would have been much easier for me to go into hiding, and recreate myself as a new character, or just disappear altogether ... but I have no intension of doing so ... I am a decent person, an I will answer to my wrong-doings.

I have been offering gallery templates for $99 for 3, and will continue to do so until the debts I owe are 100% taken care of ...

Client hits you up with a $600 order. You need cash, badly. December was very bad to you. You know how to design galleries yourself.

So why would you even bother outsourcing the gig for half the profit? That doesn't make sense. You could have spent the day or even two busting your balls, like Kelly did, and you would have had a nice little sum of cash to spread around to your debtors to hopefully establish a bit of good faith.

I'm sure we've all been in debt before. There should be NO FUCKING REASON for you to give designers work making them think you're going to pay them and then FUCK THEM OVER!!!!!

And yes, I'm in debt right now. I pay monthly installments according to a prearranged contract. If Dell called me tomorrow and needed the cash, I could say fuck off or cough it up. All by following their contract.

Its one thing to be in debt, but another to knowingly receive money for work you are outsourcing, and then not do the work yourself, and then not pay the designer.

That's called ripping someone off, and straight up lying to them about their payment.

Maybe you can get another order for galleries, get paid up front, keep the money, and outsource it urgent at the last minute to some poor sap on who feels bad for you and thinks he is going to make a couple bucks. Or use it to pay the designers complaining about you owing them money, and just put off a new sucker for payment.

no cherry ... I have learned from my mistake ... I am not outsourcing galleries anymore, and I am only taking orders for what I know I can finish in the time alotted ... thus way my debt will not grow any further than it is ... I am not 100% stupid ... only 80% :(
