Why didn't you have the honesty to tell these people that they would be last in a long line of your creditors? If they wanted to still do the work knowing that they wouldn't get paid for awhile if at all that would have been their decision. What you did is wrong and if you pay them in 6 weeks or 6 months IT WAS STILL WRONG!

The practise of taking payment in full and then keeping the portion of the payment meant for the designer is so aberrant, so morally wrong to me on so many levels, it's...it's insane. Doing that in business is like commiting financial suicide, because you do it once and it snowballs.....until you are using current designer's money to pay off designers from 6 months ago.


It will truly be interesting to see how long it takes to "dig yourself out of this hole" my friend. I honestly hope you find a way, but you just might find it becoming very difficult to find decent designers that will take the chance of working for you. Man, you make your bed, and there comes a time when you gotta lie in it.

You obviously haven't read much of this situation, this is not a one time short term dept. It seems to be this guys business plan to take money for designs and not pay the designers. He's a scam artist. These people are owed money for many months, they contact him many times, but he ignores them until they post here. I'm sure these people are also pretty sure they're never going to get their money. You would rather have this kept quiet so he can go on doing it to other designers? Wake up, this has to be done.

I swear, all of these fucking brokers who are screwing designers out of their pay deserve to have their teeth kicked in and beaten until they cry.

They think because its internet they can hide. Well the reality is that it will catch up to them, and they will suffer in the most serious of ways.

I felt like shit comming to GFY about it .. but that was what was neccasary , in the end I will ultimatly get paid and hungry will be free of debts to his designers . that will be a better day for him . as bad as it seems now .
