The practise of taking payment in full and then keeping the portion of the payment meant for the designer is so aberrant, so morally wrong to me on so many levels, it's...it's insane. Doing that in business is like commiting financial suicide, because you do it once and it snowballs.....until you are using current designer's money to pay off designers from 6 months ago.


It will truly be interesting to see how long it takes to "dig yourself out of this hole" my friend. I honestly hope you find a way, but you just might find it becoming very difficult to find decent designers that will take the chance of working for you. Man, you make your bed, and there comes a time when you gotta lie in it.
