going to see hank iii again in a couple weeks and the next big show is Roger Waters doing The Wall. I might check out Joan Baez too. I missed out on Megadeth and Slayer this summer unfortunately.

last concert I went too was 6 months ago and it was HeidenFest and last headline band I saw was Pain I believe. Slow months for concerts but seems to be picking up again in the next few months, got some lined up allready :)

Been to plenty of shows, but as far as big concerts go, the last band I saw was Devo in like 2008. Best show I've ever seen with the best live sound I've ever heard (probably because I was standing right by the sound booth)

I have several friends in the States that have seen Devo over the last few months. They don't appear to be travelling to London to play or at least I haven't seen them listed anywhere. If I did I would be forced to go see them for curiosity if nothing else.

They are in London soon and they are doing two shows. One is for kids in the day and then one for adults at night. Both shows sold out too fast for me to get tickets :(

It was so cool. The other bands were great but Rob Zombie kicks fucking ass. It was also the best sounding show of the whole day. Lots of fun bouncy tits were dancing around during the show (but I didn't get pics sadly - stupid iphone is too slow!) .

I saw Rob Zombie and Ozzy a couple years ago. Rob puts on a good show.

I agree. There's a venue here in Montreal called Metropolis. I think it holds only about 2500 people max or something like that. It's the best place ever for good bands who really care about sound quality.

The worst place ever to see a band is the Olympic Stadium. It's nothing but one big echo chamber of noise . Even Pink Floyd can't sound good there.
