I've worked with countless reps over the years, and I'll tell ya right now Michael is the ONLY one that has the issue resolved immediately every single fucking time when it's within his power and this one is obviously not. He will answer questions he is allowed to, and when he is told to and that's the end of it. You could have your lawyers draft up an official statement explaining a portion of whats going on, how its not epassporte's fault and how they are going about correcting it. Being vauge and not offering any details is what a lawyer would advise you to do if you caused the fuck up and they dont want you admitting it. |
