Usually 3 business days for me in Europe but it depends on your bank but no more than 3-4 business days from when your received a message to your message center saying the money were wired.

Epassporte and staff pulled through. We received our wire today!

Although Epassporte is hitting some major bumps looks like they are at least taking steps to make things right.

Its always good to see people get paid, but you got to love the "love" for the company moments after the money is paid.

I equate this to the people who fuck up, get caught and then apologize and everyone tells them how stand up they are. Epass is sending out wires from the wallet which they said was never an issue with the VV deal. They shouldn't be taking steps to make things right, they should be doing what they are suppose to be doing. But you guys are right, i guess these days it is a reason to be excited when people actually do what they are suppose to do.

I know everyones hurting, I have money in epass and currently no way to take money for my services that will accept my country, so I feel it.... trust me.

He's been threatened, abused and much more in the last few days, and here's a little tip, he's fucking paid by epassporte on his visa TOO... it affects him just as us so everyone needs to chill and let the man do his job.

I've worked with countless reps over the years, and I'll tell ya right now Michael is the ONLY one that has the issue resolved immediately every single fucking time when it's within his power and this one is obviously not.

He will answer questions he is allowed to, and when he is told to and that's the end of it.

Many of you dipshits can't even handle personal hygiene, I'd love to see how you in a multi-million dollar fiasco :2 cents:

Great question...How would you do in a major fuck up such as this? I really dont know, as I've never caused such a major fuck up. But apparently the fine folks in charge over at ePassporte have caused a few of them.

maybe they did go for lunch one day and came back to shut down VISA services, I know fucked up stuff like this happens and it's quite possible they didn't know.

We have people that have admitted to having 4 or 5 different cards, and different accounts.

There is, as far as I know no way to do this without falsifying some documents, and possibly committing fraud, once again the adult webmasters greed has possibly fucked up a good thing

Perhaps the bank noticed some falsified documents and slammed shit shut to do an investigation, at this point we don't know.

if I worked for epass, I wouldn't tell you guys either until it was final and sorted out. There already way too people dissecting each and every word and turning this into a complete nightmare.

Even if they came back from lunch and it was a complete surprise, it still means they fucked up somewhere. Visa doesnt just shut you down for shits and giggles. And it's not the first time the owner has run into problems with a company he has run.

I dont have an issue with Michael's customer service. He's trying to clean up a shit storm with apparently no help from upper management. I definitely think it should have been handled better (more updates, more details, less lying) but who knows if Michael had all the answers or was fed bullshit like the rest of us. Apparently he has a great reputation from those that have worked with him so I'm assuming it's the latter.

People are dissecting every word because ePassporte hasnt given them any real news. Everything is vague or complete bullshit. Come out with a well written official statement and there would be less to dissect. It's not the users of ePassporte turning this into a nightmare, its ePassporte themselves.

And if they legitimately didnt do anything and it was user fraud dont you think they would be putting a little more effort into some positive PR? You could have your lawyers draft up an official statement explaining a portion of whats going on, how its not epassporte's fault and how they are going about correcting it. Being vauge and not offering any details is what a lawyer would advise you to do if you caused the fuck up and they dont want you admitting it.

there's been enough people stating the different accounts they have, and I've heard enough about this to know it's not just a rogue affiliate, it's a shitload of them.
