His time table is right though ... it was 328p in St. Kitts when Smokey posted. He would have had to call 1.5 hours prior to speak to someone per the banks hours.

I suspect that we will see much more stringent ID and verification requirements through ePass as the result of that dictatorial and invasive Patriot Act anda I further suspect that many ePass users will not be able to provide sufficient documentation to retrieve their funds.
