You seem to be implying that it might be a DDoS? If so that's usually very detectable and there shouldn't be any uncertainty about it. You should know one way or another. Configure proper logging and/or ask your host about this. Are you sure it isn't a problem with memory or cpu usage? (open a terminal/ssh and run 'top') Or more likely bandwidth? Hint: you can get a 100 Mbps dedicated unmanaged server for as low as $130/month these days if you look around. I would bet that the slow down is costing you near $130 in revenue already.... Hell it might have even cost you a buyer.

Mainly until 2007 I did Loans, my agents did a lot of loans. Two of them deal was pushing 10 close escrows a month of the real estate side until 2008. Now we look for properties we can make 50k or more. We have about 450,000 tided up right now
