Thanks, Michael ... you're doing a great job considering the circumstances.

As for those that keep asking the same questions over and over ... you're probably not going to get an answer. Michael is only allowed to answer what they tell him he can answer. He may not even have the answer himself.

Asking a thousands times won't change anything. He has been on top of this situation since it started and if he hasn't answered an question I'm sure it's not because he isn't aware of it, but rather that he is not allowed to answer or does not have the answer.

It sucks but that's how things go. Even if he wants to answer, he has to protect his job and since he's confident that everything will be OK, he is not going to risk his job by telling tales outside of school.

The news is not good news... There is more to it then just Visa in this story, im afraid. Mallick is in big debts & probably bankrupt for a second time.

Time for some lawsuits... To bad they are using Michael O as a Puppet. I said it last Monday, if it was not resolved then... it will never be.

I lost money YES... Im in a foreign Coutry with almost no cash... luckily I have flight back to Canada in a few weeks.

Do you have any proof behind it? I still trust epassporte and will give them a bit more time to solve this or prove it will be.

I want a full explanation of what happened because not giving the reason to your customers for almost a week is rediculous. I want to know what happened and i want to know it now - the CUSTOMER IS KING and you dont leave them in the dark when you have their money.

Not one time the reason is adressed, just some status updates. I as a customer have the right to know the fucking reason why epass keeps my hard earned money. This is NOT the way you treat your customers!! We are all just sitting here waiting for some words while noone knows WHY the fuck this happend. THE REASON PLEASE thanks.

Ultimately I would love a full explanation of what happened and when it will be fixed, but realistically all I care about is either getting the ATM card activated again so I withdraw my money or letting me transfer my money from the visa account to the wallet so I can withdraw it to my bank.

I requested info on how to wire money (via the epass customer services thing on their site) last friday. (having never done it before, i assume i have to fill out a form or something). *still* have heard nothing back from them... Getting on for nearly a week

OK.. Now I am officially scared and somewhat hopeful that the Visa funds will be moved to the wallet for now.

The fact that the higher ups at ePassporte have yet to come in and bail Michael O out makes me worry a bit about what the company will be telling us.
