500 Offshore Accounts...

In the mid-1990s, SAM Group, a health financing company which Mallick founded, filed for bankruptcy. A related lawsuit revealed a checkered history of personal tax liens, judgements and lawsuits involving Mallick.

Next, he helped found PayCom, one of the earliest porn-billing systems and a pioneer in online-purchasing technology. Several years ago, the company clashed in court with MasterCard and lost in a case involving the billing of porn sites.

He launched ePassporte after splitting from PayCom. But his new company drew the attention of the U.S. attorney for Manhattan during a sweeping investigation of internet gambling.

After the company was advised of the probe, two years ago ePassporte ended business with poker sites. ?Although we do not believe we have done anything illegal, we do not wish to be associated with anything that might be considered illegal by the United States government,? ePassporte wrote to one off-shore operator of one site.

Finally, last year, the U.S. Tax Court ordered him to pay more than $280,000 in taxes, plus almost $40,000 in penalties, after concluding he under-reported income in 2005 by hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Now his ePassporte customers are anxious to learn the naked truth from the middle man about their cash.

If that sounds like a good person to trust your money with, have at it... :upsidedow :1orglaugh

Michael, the money we wired to epass 1st of September finally arrived in our wallet. I hope everything will get back to normal soon for everyone's sake.

For now, I also would like to request an international money wire back into our own bank account. I am sending you the request form in a few. Sitting on my money makes me sleep well.

Once things settled down, we would not hesitate to do business with Epass again. It always has been a great service. I wish people stopped analyzing the announcements, giving their own interpretation of a story, that usually turns out to be some kind of fucked up x-files conspiracy, driving everyone insane. Also the countless music videos, song texts and stupid images are not helping to filter information we really need :2 cents:

Do you really believe there is no conspiracy here? That a week has passed and they (ePassporte) still have no idea why their service was suspended?

Yes I do, if they were stealing our money they would A) be gone and B) not refunding any money. The simplest explanation is usually the correct one. As you can see in previous posts people are getting their money back.

Stand back and think about what you just said.

A) be gone - funny, no comments from epass officials, just a post on "Go Fuck Yourself" as the official announcement.
B) not refunding any money - nobody has gotten shit back, there is almost a million dollars just from 4-5 posters on this board and no answers, no wires, no fuck all.

See where this is going?

The believe the only people who have gotten their money are those doing ACH withdrawls, and that is because that is an automated system as mentioned earlier (I think in this thread or the big one). Their explaination does not seem far fetched?

"We dont know what happened or why it happened, please feel sorry for us as we have to pay our employees to answer your angry phone calls and emails."

I contacted Michael about 10 h ago requesting some help. I really hope I'll get that soon otherwise I'll start thinking he's out too.

Michael has always been extremely helpful and so was the whole ePassporte system and I hope they'll get back in business sometime soon, yet the latest "discoveries" I just read on the forum start making me loose my confidence.

no real new information (just like this whole past week of hitting "reload" every 20 min on my browser on this forum and google news), but I thought the title of this site's twist on things was humorous... and there are some new fun facts like "Mallick is the son of George A. Mallick"

I especially enjoyed the "In a rare move shrouded in mystery" comment lmao

and they also reference gfy lol

and the closing statement made me pee a little: "Now his ePassporte customers are anxious to learn the naked truth from the middle man about their cash".

Congratz that your wallet money finally showed up (after 10 days), however the wallet money was never the main issue (although that appears to not be moving swiftly either based upon your own stated experience).

And now you apparently want your money back from your wallet right away (due to a perceived mistrust about ePass - i.e., your fear about leaving your money with them), and yet still you kiss their ass?!? :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

I wonder what you would be saying if your money was tied up in Virtual Visa... :disgust

I don't give a shit about the $300 that I have stuck in my VV...
I ONLY WANT EPASSPORTE SERVICES BACK !!!
Please Michael O, hurry to fix this issue! Ive make business with you over 5 years and never, I repeat, NEVER got any problem from them, unlike paypal...
I count with you guys!

imagearn 09-10-2010 02:44 AM

Want someone from Customer Services to respond.. Sent them message on 3rd and yesterday still no reply... Understand they are probably inundated with messages but some sort of response would be good.

Sent Michael O an email also and nothing back from this also.

I believe epassporte will make good on everything, but it's getting a little tiresome, I'd like "SOME" sort of customer service considering I have no access to funds through them....

Thanks for the link, lol_cat.

Very interesting observation. Let me post the link for you.

http://uptime.netcraft.com/up/graph?...epassporte.com

It shows that ePassporte.com has been hosted on the IP 38.101.109.20 since 2006, and now suddenly it was changed on 9-Sep-2010 to 69.89.75.228 at a different hosting provider.

Very strange time to move hosting.
