Michael O. - questions like this above NEED TO BE RESPONDED

Stef. 09-09-2010 12:12 PM

I'm still hungry
I'm still angry

Adam_M 09-09-2010 12:12 PM

This stuff takes time but at least michael is talking to everyone through what I am sure is a tough time.

Shap 09-09-2010 12:12 PM

Michael I appreciate that. I think a few of us would like an update to wires. if they are going to go out as we were promised last week I'd like to know when. And if they aren't going out right now please just tell us. The waiting game is really tough. I'd rather here there is a freeze and NO wires are going out. Instead of sitting around wondering if today is the day.

Jdoughs 09-09-2010 12:12 PM

Sounds like lawyer time, might be the only way anyone actually gets some facts here.

Only really one reason to not answer some of these questions, and its not because you don't know the answers Michael, THEY DO.

EDIT - Thanks Michael, I know you can only post what they give you, but they need to give you more or post themselves.

Where the fuck is anyone at Epass with answers? Even shitty answers, but something.

The main office hasnt been sitting there for 7 days getting NO answers and still wondering why its not working.

Second, ePassporte is working with the St. Kitts bank to work out how all payments will be made and when. The details are complicated, because there are funds in motion and where and when they settle requires us to all be careful that we fully and properly account for all those funds and their rightful owner. This issue stems from our processing and reporting ability through the Visa system and their processor.
this is reasonable. if they are working thru the bank to get people's money back in their hands it is no doubt a complex process with no immediate "okay this is exactly how and when you are getting paid" type of scenario.

it will take some time but i am now satisfied they are working on it.

AzteK 09-09-2010 12:12 PM

What's that smell? Same old BULLSHIT!

_Richard_ 09-09-2010 12:12 PM

TampaToker 09-09-2010 12:16 PM

I aint one to kick someone while they are down but i truly find this hard to believe after 4 full business days "as of today we still have received no good basis for it"

You are talking about millions of dollars of peoples money frozen and still aint got a reason for there funds being locked up. Give me a fucking break here.

You make all these people wait for a announcement and you aint given them one fucking thing as a update in this post. Pure fucking pathetic in my book.

Michael this posted wasn't intended for you by the way....

AzteK 09-09-2010 12:16 PM

For anyone to do any future business with these guys...YOU GUYS ARE SUCKERS.

that should be the biggest issue. this new release clearly states the funds are secure and they are working with the bank to pay us out.

anything beyond that who knows, but at least the money is there and we will get it back.

For ePassporte

visa and/or a bank doesnt just lock up an account like epass and not even let them know why a week into it. No way in hell epass doesnt know why. The real question is why dont they want their customers to know why

Cradle 09-09-2010 12:19 PM

ok....................

bigluv 09-09-2010 12:19 PM

Non statement does more harm than good.

Also, the tone of this seems to be a lot more subdued -- no mention of getting back to business as usual even as a goal. I read it as 'we will eventually get the money disbursed on a one time basis' , but nothing about carrying on in future with VISA functions.

J. Falcon 09-09-2010 12:19 PM

So it's still not clear why this happened? Man what bullshit.

There is no money, it's the only logical assessment to make.
