actually I never heard anyone from the officials giving such a statement. I never trust news and their stories...

What a clusterfuck. Out of all the people, entities, and businesses that have created or are involved with this current situation, Michael is the last one who deserves this abuse.

And yet he takes it, and tries to remain calm and professional. Personally, I could not deal with this pressure in a civilized manner.

I hate to come across as an ass-kisser, but it pains me to see one of the most honest (my perception, due to having dealt with Michael occasionaly for about ten years or so) and hard working men in this business treated this way.

Michael you should try and get some real answers yourself at management level or directly from Chris, Epassorte can't just bring out a statement like that after a week and leave us in the dark. This brings even more questions than answers. If you don't want people to overload you with calls/emails then give us some real answers. We need a time frame for when Epassporte thinks this will be solved (days, weeks, months??) and an actual explanation about what the real cause of these problems are. Epassporte says "the funds are safe and secure", but also says "there are funds in motion", so what is it? Sounds to me millions are missing?!

Michael, if you can get some real answers for us I am sure everyone will calm down a bit. Right now it looks like things only get worse with no real news...

i have probably lost business due to only having paypal, direct wire transfer to my bank and western union as payment options, but i am glad i wasn't ever able to get an epassporte account after seeing what everyone is going through.

Now this statement comes from Michael O's account and is filled with horrible English but signed by Chris Mallick.
