So shap and a select few people got their money out of their wallet via wire transfer, but what happened to all of the rest of the people who were asking for wire transfers for money in their wallet, not VV ?????

So far only couple of people said they got wires from personal wallets. Most of people I know, including myself, got nothing. Does not even show the requests are processed.

Yet, there are confirmation that people are getting ACHs. Even quite big ones. This is something of a mystery to me. Why send ACH and don't send wires? Do they have their correspondent account blocked? Do they send money only to people who they consider important? Like US webmasters can sue them and Eastern-European can not? I don't know. But it smells very bad.
