repeating: kenney bank has something to do with the funds recieved via ACH w/d from wallet. they know who epass is. they consider epass a customer. it doesn't matter where all of epass funds are... it just matters that kenney bank is some place that got some one from epass to contact me. you guys are f'ng crazy. here... now you think I "created" this just for you. http://www.qsdnet.com/100_5360.MOV so look at the top of the your screen and read this domain name very slowly... what a bunch of slow minded re----- |

I started a poll about Epassport surviving and was shocked at how many people thought they would pull through. Maybe I was a bit negative but when it comes to getting money from a suspended processor experience has taught me.
And we did get the bit of money we had in the Virtual Card. |

My mortgage WITH our extremely high taxes included is just a little more than he pays. Our two rental properties combined aren't much more than that. |
already posted this once elsewhere on the board, but since I posted some info above here it is again... fwiw. hope it helps someone:
I don't know if this will help anyone, maybe. I guess it's a place to dig around to locate a phone number or email or something. My bank got around to mailing me the wire transfer fee notice and references the wire details. Shows who it's from etc. Probably others on here already know of this commercial marketing inc entity, so maybe this is not useful. It does show the sending bank for the wire so maybe that is a place to contact for info. As I posted before, digging for info led me to kenney bank and contacting them is what worked for me. So maybe this is one more place to check into. http://www.qsdnet.com/bank-wire-notice.jpg GLTA. |

This whole Epass thing makes less and less sense. |
Isn't it funny that you can search and search everywhere for evidence anyone had been paid and not find anything.
However ianian is posting here there and everywhere claiming he has been paid. Even deriding me on a blog because I doubt him. ianian must be the luckiest person in this whole fiasco because theres thousands of items indicating people are still stuck without money yet ianian got his $11,000. |
I'm coo coo for cocoa puffs

Nice tip RogerV!!!

You started the deriding post here, but regardless of that I should not have responded the way I did. So I regret that and apologize. Can't edit the blog posts but if I remember forums where I made similar remarks I'll remove them. As I said at the beginning of posting here about a week ago, I don't blame you or anyone for being skeptical. The point that I received by wallet funds is really moot though. The pertinent part is that people, who do have wallet funds, can use the info about how the process went for me to try and have the same results. I have no idea if others who call Kenney bank will have the same thing happen... either that Kenney bank will call their epassporte contact or that he will respond. I am convince that if someone is contacted by this guy then the same result will be forthcoming. I've heard from one person who did contact Lisa at Kenney bank... he said she sounded nervous. I don't know what that means. When I was in contact with her she generally tried to get me to believe that I should just email walletrequest@ and I would point out that it was an email that would be hopelessly overwhelmed with incoming request, inquires, etc. There have been a few reports I've read where people have gotten a personal non-canned reply from that email, but it seems like it would be near impossible. Must be 100s of thousands of emails have been sent to it. I don't have any advice as to what people should do, so I've only posted what I did as regards finding and contacting Kinney bank. I'll advance the info a bit: the direct number to the ACH dept that deals with ePassporte is 262-432-1520 ... that is a number that anyone could have gotten by calling Kenney bank at the main number which shows on there website for their Brookfield WI office and asking. But for all I know giving the number straight up like that may hurt... as it may get used into oblivion if thousands of people call it. That's why I tried to give some info but where people would have to do a bit of digging. I don't have to prove that the video and two images I posted are real, but I am curious what kind of image, video, etc would it take to alleviate your skepticism? Why would someone fabricate those things anyway? It makes no sense. |
"Certain" people have been paid and you would be surprised to learn from where the payments were sent and why.
Further, affiant saith naught. |

Yes I don't get the Commercial Marketing part either. It has the same address as Mallick http://www.google.com/search?q=24-7+...ient=firefox-a http://www.google.com/search?q=13428...ient=firefox-a The results shown for that last one has a link to the LA BBB. I know for fact that the guy listed does more than his role as Director of Card Operations, since Card operations and wallet account refunds are two different things. Still though probably best to go thru kenney bank and hope the contact comes from the guy. |

affiant... key to your statement I'm sure. I know there is at least one law office in Caracas that has the correct forms, including the epass account close agreement form, for "affiant's" to fill out. They sent them to me but I procrastinated. The procrastination saved me 15% (actually 18%) which is what they say they charge. They told me the funds would come from epassporte to their client account, where they would then send them to the client. They had asked for $1000 retainer up front. I countered with 18% of recovered funds with no up front retainer, and they had accepted that. |

And.................in typical rug market fashion, they are attmepting to fuck you blind. They offer 18%, which is entirely uneard of in the field of law. Generally such fees meet or exceed 30%. Trying for what they can get and if and when they get it, they will find ways to raise the fee. Trust me on this one. Lawyers feed well below catfish. |

Lawyers are not my favorite people. Concern about that was one of the reasons for my procrastination. |
great thread... I will ask this though... how do you really know that you will never receive your money? that would be the real kooko question.
Does lightning strike, do people win the lottery... ? Jeez people, have some fate |

I finally got my wire today.
After calling the kenney bank, I was contacted via email by this ePassporte guy. It's a different email, not the wirerequest email that we all know. I can't post it here because it will get spammed. So anyway... this ePassporte employee is a truly nice guy. I can't tell his name because I know many angry webmasters will try to contact him. He said my wire will be send on the next day. Today I got my money and I'm very happy. Please don't PM me asking for names, emails, ecc. I don't want to ruin this method. Just call the bank. |

Come on, how many scammers will start posting such shits?!?!
I received my money but can't tell you anything, WTF?!?!? So, what is your fucking problem to tell us name or email? You got your money (which I doubt 100000%). :321GFY Quote:

tonyfgsoprano, think about it. Did you see it on television? Did you read it in the newspapers? Did you see important bloggers or sites talking about it? epassportelawsuit.com did absolutely nothing and it smells even more than ePassporte itself. Mallick is having fun parting with girls during all this time! He doesn't look concerned one bit. It has been 2 months and a half and we still haven't see our money.
ottopottomouse, my first post in this forum was sarcastic and it was inspired by ianian's story (read the entire thread or google it). Looks like only Machete_ got my sarcasm though. |
