Yes. I'm pretty confident this is just a small bump in the road. The Epassporte online payment system functioned for a long time. Usually, people assume that a business that has existed for a longer time is a more trustworthy business. It makes sense. For example, I've done more than a dozen withdrawals using Epassporte through ATMs through time. I am not talking about a bank where I only did a withdrawal once. There is nothing except past performance to extrapolate the future from. I hope Epassporte bank will not collapse like the Barings Bank in 1995.

In other words, all your money cannot be spent at the same time, because you have to spend money through time.
