Micheal is there anyway I can get my $399 wired? What is the process I must go throught to get this money?
Doing a smaller transfer might ease some more tension. |
If it's under 1000 then don't even bother trying.

Sorry to hear your family is getting threatened, MichaelO. That's not a job anyone signs up for.
Hoping everyone gets some good news soon. |
Comes with the territory if that movie is to be believed. What's with all the coddling?

Threatening you and your family is not helping anyone, instead this issue it should be looked at in a manner that if this goes the way everyone suspects it will, you would be on the market for employment and any company with any form of long term vision and money to pay you would note that, and aproach you in regard to work as you could be the steal of the centuary for any company that snaps you up. Without you probably a third or more of Adult industry customers would have left Epass services. I for one hope this gets sorted out, we have three Epass accounts and could not wish for anything more than Epass working again, but I do feel it is a lost cause and we have to be prepared to loose again just like we all lost to iBill, with iBill we all were speculating for far too long as to what to do that we probably lost twice as much as we should have had we acted sooner. Hopefully history is not repeating itself, but I for one cannot find one single reason to believe it is not. I do not expect Epass to survive and pay all back...Yes I am hopeful, but am looking at it in such a way that if we do get paid by Epass it would be an Xmas bonus that we are not expecting and Yes we would carry on using them in the future. Epass has been a major part of our monthly income for a number of years, but now we are making every effort to adapt and survive, we are not holding our breath waiting for something that may never arrive. We believed in iBill for too long, hung on and got stung major....we won't do it again and if it does come through it is an Xmas bonus....a big one..... All we can do is have hope.... ....and if you want to promote a program that does convert...does retain....and does pay....Give us a try at We are small....Underexposed and Pay Out directly via Epoch.....So you can be assured your money IS always safe....and the ONLY motion your money will be in is from Epoch into your bank account each and every week.... If you want any special requets please ask and we will do our level best to accomodate... |

it's one thing to get frustrated and then piss and moan about Chris not answering simple questions like "Why exactly did this happen?" and "What is your plan to resolve it?"... that shit is legit.. but threatening an employee and his family is beyond crossing the line. It is unfortunate that you were put in this position of being the PR guy, who has to deal with people starving for info, some of which are extremely desperate, but you are not being given any information with any type of substance or value. That's just a bad spot to be in :( Sorry man.. :( |

|
Parlourcash doesn't speak for all of us btw, the money of mine that is stuck in virtual visa is money that i earned and want, it's not a fucking xmas bonus from epass'.
|
I continue to receive ACH withdraws on time to our US checking account, monies that are in our wallet. Although there is not much other news around, this is positive.

Michael, People should know better not to threat you. Everybody know what a fantastic job you do, and that you have no fault at what is happening. I'm sure there are a lot of frustrated people out there, but that doesn't give them the right to do such thing. Anyway, I support you 100% and I will continue using Epass when you figure things out with Visa. I have sent you an e-mail. I hope everything is well, despite all this caos. :thumbsup |
Well into Tuesday here now

Yeah there are a lot of guys in BKK and all over the world who were running their entire lives through those ATM cards. I've heard some pretty pathetic stories of people and families reduced to zero due to this. I think Epassporte has to cut through all of the BS and put a stop to all this mayhem. There has to be a clear announcement to the effect "If card access is not restored by Sept 17th then all card balances will be moved to the wallet for access". Really anything less is unconscionable and hurtful at this point. I don't have a big stake in this Epass thing, but it is really starting to smell. |

I'll just interrupt this physco convention by saying the money I transfered from wallet to my CC worked and I have that money at least. Not the cheapest method by it works.. for now
|
Not suggesting this is a good idea, but if he were held hostage Mallick might be forced to shed some light on the situation.

wild speculation causes the mayhem... answering 2 simple questions would put an end to the mayhem. #1 What exactly happened to cause this situation? #2 What steps are you taking to rectify the problem? I know us simple folk probably would never be able to understand the answers to such complex questions.. but why won't they just humor us with answers anyway? The only conclusion that can be drawn by not answering those questions is that the answers we will receive will be extremely upsetting, more-so than would be by just ignoring people. There really is no other logical assumption that can be made if those 2 simple questions continue to be unanswered.. |

company Mallick owns to make the movie "Middle Men". They spent about $20 million making the movie, and sold $700 thousand in tickets, thereby losing $19.3 million. Without selling any tickets, they couldn't pay back the loan, thereby making the bank go broke and unable to pay out on deposits. Their only major depositor was ePassporte. I think Chris Mallick would pay out if he could. All the money is gone now, though, having been spent making the movie. He just didn't figure that it was possible to spend $20 million making a movie and not have ANYONE watch the damn thing. Who ever heard of a movie grossing less and a million? |

Current epass status: We are preparing to update our previous update which updated information on when our next update will be. We'll keep you updated.

Did the bank run by ePassporte executives make a multi-million dollar loan to Mallick or his production company? Does that bank still have assets, other than that loan, sufficient to meet liabilities? Does the production company have a specific plan to repay the loan within the next few months? |
