1.) YES, all webmasters are currently being paid out pending payouts with the exception of ePassporte accounts which are currently being switched over to other payout methods. Those accounts will be paid out next week. All other payouts to webmasters and producers have already been approved for processing.

2.) All rebill earnings of webmasters who have promoted the revshare programs will be honored and paid out on all recurring earnings in the future. Your EuroRevenue account is still active and tracking your earnings!

3.) I am deeply sorry and I apologize to all of you who had to wait for your payouts. Waiting for money sucks, even more does not knowing if you get paid at all. I know you all have bills to pay and obligations to meet. For what it's worth and for those who want to believe it, I would have paid earlier, if it was possible.

4.) Manwin is the best conceivable partner for EuroRevenue. They have it both, the knowledge and the power to provide EuroRevenue with the stability, reliability and forward thinking needed to survive and succeed in this ever changing marketplace.

5.) EuroRevenue is still the best destination for your traffic. Don?t let the hick-ups of the past diminish your earning potential of the future.

I would like to personally thank all of those who have been part of this exciting journey over the past 12 years. You know who you are.

Joe Holm

Congratulations to you Joe and also to your Webmaster Affiliates.

Brad

Here is a simple question for you.

Eurorevenue owes me over $5900 due to my account "payout via" setting having been set to 'unknown', apparently since I began promoting your network several years ago. They didn't know where to send my payments and so they didn't send them or contact me about the problem. Do you intend to pay me what is owed? My affiliate ID is amtflx and I've had an open support ticket about this since July.

I never noticed the lack of payments due to this having been a relatively small number of sales per month, but compounded over several years. I contacted your support about this via the ticket system before the closure announcement, and a week or so later someone replied that they would "look into it" but they never got back to me. I finally got in touch with Huda via email who quickly assured me that he would make things right, and then he sent me a second email claiming that Eurorevenue accounting told him that they don't keep records of affiliate payouts past 90 days and therefore wouldn't pay any older debts since they couldn't prove to themselves that they hadn't already sent payment, which seems quite unbelievable to me, especially considering that they acknowledged the payout via setting was not set and the most recent 90 days of payments hadn't been issued.

He already saw that my payout via information was not set, which he subsequently corrected. How you guys think you might have sent me payments when you didn't know where to send them, is beyond me. Secondly, even if you can't track individual payments (which again, I find hard to believe), your accounting should be able to find a surplus of the amount that is owed within the affiliate payouts account, due to my never having received any payments.

we will honor all old webmasters and rebills of the revshare webmasters, there is no question there.

Nathan if you're in any position to comment on or help with the above, I would appreciate it. I have been trying to get this resolved since early July and this is not fun or pleasant. I would be happy to leave my links and site reviews etc for eurorevenue up for the coming years as I have done for the past several years, however if I am to be told that I'm going to get screwed over this because Eurorevenue can't prove a negative to themselves, then I am more inclined to remove the links entirely.

If only we could all avoid paying our debts by telling those we owe money to "sorry, I can't prove to myself that I haven't already paid you." :helpme

You seem to be able to read, and respond here... so I will give this a go in a public forum...

I took screen shots as well, in case we run into issues later. These are all from my good friends site, and I can guarantee he has not licensed these for your use. That was an off the top of my head, no longer than 2 minute compilation of links I can personally verify as being on your site without producer permission or license. If I or anyone else on this board took a bit longer to dig, I'm quite sure the results would not be outwardly favorable for your company's denial of piracy.

How can you even pretend that Manwin is not involved in rampant piracy... it's laughable at this late stage in the game. Clean up... That's all I have left to say. Many will just see dollar signs, and I am well aware that you have a very long standing and well looked at reputation in our industry... that being said, stop stealing from producers and acting like you've done all you can.

I mentioned in your last Manwin announcement thread regarding Brazzers acquisitions and changeovers (http://www.gfy.com/fucking-around-and-business-discussion/978327-manwin-official-statement-re-acquisition-brazzers.html), if anyone has the budget for a copyright infringement seeking technology similar to what Youtube is using, it would be Manwin. No excuses left, you are either stealing from hardworking people, or you are not. Which one are you?

Will affiliates stand up and fight or roll over and offer their asses up?

Eurorevenue is now owned by Manwin, correct?

Manwin recently acquired Brazzers, correct?

What part of which laws am I not understanding? I did not cite any laws... and those which I might, I'm well aware that your company is doing the best they can to stay compliant. I will go further and point out those laws are a scape goat to allow theft (whether external or internal) of people's hard work. You will rarely, if ever find me arguing legality, ethics on the other hand is big in my book.

PS... you are right this is a EuroRevenue thread, and as you are already aware I moved my off topic query to a new thread (http://www.gfy.com/fucking-around-and-business-discussion/987096-fabian-nathan-response-thread-regarding-manwin-piracy.html)... Congratulations on the EuroRevenue acquisition!

I wish this would have come out sooner it would have saved me like 2days removing links but glad to see it saved....:pimp
