OKPAY is a much better system. They offer real p2p payments and a lot of other features no one else has. Their cards are $14 and they will get a card to you in 5 days with DHL for $60 (total including card fees).

Yeah it is based on country. I dont think there is a fee for those in US or Canada. Plus the sponsor subsidy like with AWE and Pussycash doesnt work for those countries I posted.

you CAN send P2P - it's called "card load"
you load money to one card from another.
it costs $7 but you and the other parties can split fees and it becomes $3.5 for each of you

Another advantage would be ability to accept credit cards directly,which means it's not just alternative to epass,it's also alternative to paypal.But the problem is to make that function working you need to first receive load from partner.
