After 30 days you'll only rarely ever get a penny. This is even more true after 90 days. Even if they do pay up some of it that late what about all the time and aggravation you had to go through to get them to pay. What's that worth? I'll always spill the beans after 30 days late unless they've been honest, upfront, and apologetic about it the whole way. I don't care who it is.

Yeah, it was one of the biggest rants since years on a lot of forums. The same people that are still threatening me on a weekly basis. Guess what: The thread is still there. And the OWNERS of plugrush posted stats (without me knowing about it or asking for it) from their plugrush system. I had better quality traffic then most of the others, including the guys claiming i was trying to cheat the system with turkish traffic. If you need proof, check that thread out. In no way has Choker said anything about a specific sponsor or been any more than vague about an industry term such as "dating" or "paysite". I HAVE bought choker traffic and it has converted quite well in the past, i do not make it a practice to buy alot of traffic but I'm sure Ive bought enough to put bread on the table for both parties. I'm happy with the way Choker conducts business, and furthermore Im happy that he wont let a few people in a thread at GFY talk like they come from any kind of position in this business other than that of an amateur. Your constant need for the last word, in a thread that has nothing to do with YOU, unless of course you own a program that doesnt pay him, and you're worried about if he's going to drop some info.. however that's not the feeling I get... That's why I periodically check through my list of programs (under "Tools" in the affiliate admin, then click on "Percentage Payout" to order the list by that field) to check that the percentage amount hasn't changed. By reordering the list any unusually low figures immediately jump to the #1 position.

Checking to see whether they've quietly disabled or limited rebills is a bit more tedious, unfortunately... ccbill needs to email the affiliate when something changes. (This suggestion has come up numerous times in the past 5 years but it never gets implemented.)

I just discovered another program I have done business with for years and years silently reduced my percentage sometime in the past year. This one I considered large and respectable in their niche. This one I have a 2004 email from the company president promising me the % they reduced me from. They owe me a fat check, it will be "amusing" to see if they decide to reinstate me at the promised percentage and pay me what I'm owed.

For the first time since 2002, I'm seriously not enjoying the affiliate side of this business.
