It sucks when there are delays. I guess most people think about business in the long term. However, many people sure need short term cash. If there are delays of few weeks or months, it seems that interest should be used in cash flow calculations.

It's simple, they became Visa non-compliant so as it's the banks responsibility they are suspending things until they become compliant again ie: another week.

It will all be fine.

Id fly to St. Kitts and get my VV funds if that was the only way to have access. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they get turned back on. This bullshit could have not came at a better time......... right when I'm buying a home.

Because they have time limit. They can't hold (legal) frozen money more then 30 days. Our money will be in 'motion' for one month. I read about that somewhere.

I have never even used my ePass Virtual Visa card. All I got is a CC number.
