Work out 4 days a week. Body part each day.
Not so much for the health benefits...though I am appreciating that aspect more and more as I get older... But basically to get laid. lol I think that getting pussy has been the underlying reasoning behind everything I've ever done in my life. Not trying to be the best at exercising. Basketball for 3 hours 3-4 times a week. Biking for 1-2 hours 1-2 times a week. |

I run 6-7 miles a day monday to friday, mixed up with press ups and chin ups & etc along the way on some park exercise spots. I'm mixing in some sprinting too since they say it's good for generating growth hormone or something like that. I think I'll start going to the pool once a week again, used to do 100 laps but I gave it up.
Tried gyms a few times but I never stick to them, don't like them much. |

I work out 4 to 5 days a week with a personal trainer doing the gamut of boxing, spinning, cardio, weights, running.. humiliation. Whatever it takes to get healthy and sexy :) the 1k monthly on a trainer is the smartest, best ROI I have ever had for improvement upon physical, mental and even business health.
